B. Manual Series
Feature:
This machine is of a simple and compact design for cast PE stretch film extrusion and blowing. Thickness is by manual adjust and winding is frictional. Manual film cut off and manual web roll exchange. Simple and easy operation.
Advantage:
1. The T-die employed a unique double-flow saving design. So the film thickness is more equal.
2. Frictional winding and so the finished web roll is more tight and very nice looking.
3. Screw employed a special material mixing function for better curing. The film appearance is more equal.
4. Top automatic analogue temperature control to keep accurate temperature. Easy operation and so the plasticizing process is well controlled. The film thickness error is smaller and more smooth.
5. Film thickness is controlled by both the screw and haul speed. The haul speed is regulated by V. F. drive. Easy and reliable.
6. Cooling roller diameter 270mm.
